Yang Qiulian said that the key features of the world's first 3D in cell touch depth sensing technology are three. One is multi-finger three-dimensional sensing, which breaks through the previous one-finger sensing limit and can support multi-point 3D depth and light touch at the same time. Arranging music on the flat music software is no longer just a single tone. The deep sensing technology refers to the touch of the elegant and moving music score.
Secondly, multi-level 3D touch, depth sensing technology is designed with special electrodes inside the glass to detect the difference in capacitance under the contact pressure. Comparing the traditional planar addressing with the pressing time to simulate the depth, the intuitive correctness and operational efficiency can be greatly improved. Yang Qiulian pointed out that in combination with the Group's one-stop production model, DST technology will quickly replace the traditional OGS touch manufacturing, with a faster product development and manufacturing process, high yield, and significantly reduce material use (reducing the module's 15% weight and 44% thickness) and transportation consumption, to achieve the product is both thin and beautiful and environmentally friendly and low cost.
Innolux plans to launch deep sensing touch products from small and medium-sized product customers. Future depth sensing technology will be combined with curved LCD technology to develop and diversify products in the markets of consumer electronics, automotive, aerospace, IT and special applications. .
