Introduction: Japan's μ-Flex exhibited a dual-wavelength white LED with an InGaN layer (Fig. 1). The LED emits blue and yellow-green light using a single chip, and then whites by mixing the two colors (Fig. 2). Most of the white LEDs are combined with a blue LED chip and a fluorescent material. The company emphasizes that the white LEDs shown this time eliminate the chromatic aberration caused by the aging of fluorescent materials because they do not use fluorescent materials. The LED has a drive current of 20 mA and a lifetime of approximately 50,000 hours. Developed by Taiwanese manufacturers, but "inconvenient to publish a specific company name" (on-site commentator). The LED is currently in volume production and is priced lower than other companies with equivalent performance.
