Lighting bulb terminology

rated power:
Lamp bulb (tube) design power in W

Full power:
Given the specific discharge rate of a certain gas discharge and its ballast power loss.

Rated luminous flux:
The initial luminous flux value of a certain kind of lamp, given by the manufacturer, operating under specified conditions, in units of Lm.

life:
The cumulative ignition time when the light bulb is ignited to failure, or to a point where it is no longer usable, according to certain regulatory criteria.

Average life:
Refers to the number of hours that a lamp is damaged by 50%. Unit: hour (h).

Economic life:
When considering both the damage of the bulb and the attenuation of the beam output, the combined beam output is reduced to a specific number of hours. The outdoor light source is 70%, and the indoor light source is 80%.

Luminous flux maintenance rate:
The ratio of the luminous flux of a lamp after a given ignition time to its initial luminous flux, usually expressed as a percentage.

Luminous efficiency:
The quotient of the light flux of the lamp and the power consumed by the lamp, in units of 1 m/W.

Starting voltage:
The minimum voltage required between the two electrodes of the lamp when the gas discharge lamp starts to discharge continuously. The voltage of the lamp is applied to the voltage between the two contacts of the lamp base.

Rated voltage:
Bulb (tube) design voltage.

Starting current:
The current of the lamp when the gas discharge lamp is activated. The general starting current is higher than the normal operating current.

Lamp current:
The current through the lamp when the bulb (tube) is working stably.

Rated current:
The design current of the bulb (tube) operating at rated voltage.

Start Time:
The time required for the gas discharge lamp to switch from the power switch to the time the lamp starts to operate normally.

Restart time:
After the gas discharge lamp has stabilized, the power supply is turned off, and the time required from the time when the power switch is turned on again until the lamp restarts normal operation.

Pen Style E-Cigarette

Vape pens, which are sometimes called e-cigarettes, can seem difficult to understand. There are so many different terms, models and accessories that beginners may not be clear where they need to start.

In simple terms, a vape pen is an electronic device that heats a liquid containing flavouring and nicotine, amongst other ingredients. Compact & convenient: Vape pen is a pocket-friendly device that is compact and easier to carry. The Vape pen Disposables offers puffs and is powered by 850mAh built-in battery, and the eliquid pre-filled pod with tasty e-liquid can last for multiple extended vaping sessions.
