Swiss equipment manufacturer Liebherr allows users to view cranes in virtual space

Liebherr is one of the largest equipment manufacturers in Switzerland. The company recently released an updated version of the lift Crane Planner software, which now allows users wearing VR heads to view cranes in virtual space.

In the Crane Planner 2.0 release, users can get more convenience in VR mode and improve the user's workflow. With the Lift Crane Planner version 2.0 software, users can get detailed information about the crane and CAD data to build 3D environments and models, and view the models themselves in the VR space. This provides users with an immersive experience where users can view crane operations in virtual space, assist with measurement work and assess risk.

One of the more powerful features of Crane Planner 2.0 is that the data generated by each action of each crane can be applied to the field. This means that all of its actions can be executed in the application and then applied to the real world. Users can now also choose to work in VR, view models or switch to 1:1 zoom mode. In VR mode, users will be able to interact with the device to generate data for each action.

By succeeding in a virtual environment, there are now more ways for users to see, experience and work. It has many benefits including the freedom to work from different angles, but it also provides more benefits in measuring health and safety. If you need a crane to work in a small space and be able to operate it at close range, you can be sure that no collisions or injuries will occur. Crane Planner 2.0 also has accurate load torque limiter (LML) data to ensure they respond to the weight of the restricted movement.
