1, schematic

The schematic is shown below. The buttons SBl, SB2, relay K and time relay SJ form a start-up and delay-off circuit, and the transformer B1, the rectifier bridge and the thyristor T1 form a rectification charging circuit, and the single junction tube BGl and the triode BG2 form a trigger circuit. When charging, connect the battery, select the input terminal (O, 220V or 380V) according to the input power, and press the button SB2. When the transformer is energized, the relay K and the time relay JS are energized, the K1—1 contact is closed, and the self-locking is formed, and the transformer secondary output 36V is supplied to the thyristor and the trigger circuit. The 6.3V power supply indicator, 36V pulsating DC power is applied to the trigger board. After the voltage regulator f tube D4 is clipped, a trapezoidal wave is formed, and the capacitor C1 is charged through the resistor R1 and the potentiometer RP. When the voltage rises to the peak voltage of the single junction tube, the single junction tube is turned on, the output sawtooth wave is amplified by the transistor BG2, and the pulse transformer is coupled to the thyristor trigger pole, the thyristor is turned on, and the charging current is output. The zero-time thyristor turns off and waits for the next trigger pulse. Adjusting the potentiometer RP, the charging rate of the capacitor C1 is adjusted, that is, the appearance time a of the trigger pulse is adjusted to achieve the purpose of phase shifting. The thyristor outputs an adjustable current to control the battery charging rate.

2. Component selection

3. Production considerations

The installation position of the components inside the machine is shown in the figure below. The front panel of the cabinet is made of 3mm aluminum plate. The opening is easy. The voltmeter and ammeter are installed on the upper right. The indicator, button and potentiometer are installed on the lower right. 4. debugging

This machine is easy to make and is installed. Connect the corresponding input terminal according to the input voltage, connect the battery, the voltmeter has an indication, press SB2, the relay K is sucked, the time relay is on, adjust the charging time (according to the charging current), adjust the charging current (according to the battery loss situation) Generally, it is one tenth of the battery capacity. If there is no current, check the line. If there is no problem, try to adjust the secondary of the pulse transformer.

The charger can charge 6~24V battery, the output current can reach 15A at 380V input, the output current is pulsating current, and the charging effect is good. And there is the role of activating the battery. If you want to increase the current, you can increase the transformer, and the charger outputs low voltage.
