The road improvement project in the Southwest Industrial Park via the 4th Road has been approved by the Karamay City Development and Reform Commission. Xinjiang Tianzhu Engineering Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “tendering agency”) is entrusted by Karamay City Investment Project Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tenderee”) to the west of the 4th Road of Southwest Industrial Park. The public bidding for the purchase of street lamps required for road improvement projects (approval document number: gram of change and 〖2009〗 No. 7), welcome eligible applicants to apply.

I. Overview of the bidding project
1. Source of project funds: City financial investment, project funds have been implemented.
2. Street lamp specifications and tentative quantities:
The name and specification of the goods are tentatively determined. 3. Delivery period: All supplies must be completed before May 30, 2009 (supply to the designated place of the buyer). Each bidder promises the delivery cycle according to the requirements of the tenderer and its own strength, and submits detailed articles. Road streetlight supply schedule. The base of each street lamp should be consistent with the foundation of each road lamp to ensure the smooth installation of the street lamp after winning the bid.

II. Qualifications for applying for participation in bidding Applicants who apply to participate in the bidding of this project must have the following conditions:
1. Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has the status of an independent legal person.
2. Manufacturers or suppliers who have a valid business license issued by the industry and commerce administration and are capable of providing tendered goods.
3. The bidder is the registered capital of the lighting manufacturer not less than RMB 10 million (or equivalent foreign currency). The bidder is the supplier of street lighting equipment with a registered capital of not less than RMB 3 million.
4, must pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
5. If the legal representative is two or more legal persons of the same individual, the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company may not bid simultaneously in the same goods bidding.

3. Applicant registration and obtaining bidding documents
1. The information that should be submitted when the applicant applies for registration: the original copy of the business license of the enterprise, the original copy of the enterprise tax registration certificate, the original ISO9001 quality management system certificate, the original product production license of the manufacturer, and the authorization of the legal representative of the enterprise. The original of the book and the list of the results of the company's production and sales of similar goods in the past two years (in the form of self-design), and a copy of the binding information (all kinds of certificates and copies of the documents are stamped with the official seal of the company).
2. Applicants who meet the qualifications of the bidder can obtain the bidding documents.
3.
