The latest active noise reduction (ANC) chip innovatively includes an ultra-low noise amplifier and integrated bypass switch
China, September 17, 2013-Austrian Microelectronics (SIX stock code: AMS), a leading supplier of high-performance analog ICs and sensors, today announced the launch of AS3435 and AS3415 active noise reduction speaker driver chips, a new generation of zero-noise stereo The development of headphones paved the way.
AS3435 and AS3415 are also the industry's first active noise reduction ICs with integrated bypass switches, bringing more freedom for headphone manufacturers to develop more stylish and cheap headphone designs.
AS3435 is mainly used for feedback systems, while AS3415 is mainly used for feedforward systems. They are the latest products in the analog active noise reduction IC series from Austrian Microelectronics. These two chips are the first high-frequency noise-cancelling speaker drivers and contain the latest ultra-low noise amplifier with a noise floor of 900nV. When used with low-noise microphones, they can cancel high-frequency noise.
These two chips have 35mW of stereo output power, 0.1% total harmonic distortion plus noise under a 32Ω load and a signal-to-noise ratio greater than 110dB. These two excellent audio characteristics. This means that manufacturers of high-fidelity audio equipment can use AS3435 and AS3415 to replace existing active noise reduction solutions, so that users can get a better listening experience.
Austrian Microelectronics' new active noise reduction IC also improves the structural design of the headphone housing. Traditional active noise canceling headphones use a mechanical switch to activate the bypass mode. When the battery of the headset is completely exhausted, if the user wants to continue to listen to music through audio input, he must abandon the active noise reduction function. Both the earphone cover and the circuit board design must consider the need to accommodate the mechanical switch.
AS3435 and AS3415 use integrated bypass switches, and the music signal output from the 3.5 mm audio jack can pass the active noise reduction chipset without any power connection. Because there is no external switch, this function can effectively reduce the cost of materials and reduce the size of the circuit board, and designers no longer need to consider the needs of mechanical switches when designing the earphone cover.
At the same time, the noise reduction chips of these two analog solutions usually consume two to three times less power than the equivalent digital solutions. In noise reduction mode, the typical power consumption when operating at 1.5V is only 10mW. A AAA battery can support the device to run for more than 100 hours.
At the same time as the introduction of AS3435 and AS3415 active noise reduction ICs, Austrian Microelectronics also released improved design tools to make filter network development faster and simpler to meet the noise reduction requirements of sound wave characteristics in the design of headphones.
The design tool of Austrian Microelectronics is based on the Windows system. The graphical interface is simple and easy to understand. It can display the entire signal chain on the user's screen and provide a SPICE module to simulate the operation of the filter architecture.
In addition, the AS3435 and AS3415 have added bass boost equalization capabilities, and can achieve sound equalization without the need for discrete signal processing ICs.
Oliver Jones, Marketing Manager of the Active Noise Reduction Products Division of Austrian Microelectronics, said: "According to the needs of the leading manufacturers of active noise reduction headphones, we will integrate these new features. AS3435 and AS3415 will help headset OEM manufacturers The audio quality of the headset has been improved to a new level in the design. "
Supply
AS3415 and AAS3435 active noise reduction speaker driver ICs are now available for sampling. AS3435 is packaged in QFN36, AS3415 is packaged in QFN32, and the size is 5mm x 5mm.

Screen Resolution
There are generally three screen resolutions for office projectors:
One is a 4:3 screen suitable for office PPT playback. The first is the SVGA machine with the lowest price and the highest cost performance. This kind of machine is generally priced at around 2500 and has powerful performance. The disadvantage is that the resolution is 800X600, which is relatively low. The second is the XGA machine, which is an upgraded version of the SVGA machine with a resolution of 1024X768.
The other is the 16:10 aspect ratio screen used by some foreign-funded enterprises, which is the 1280X800 resolution of WXGA. However, with the transparent price of 1080p projectors, more and more companies will choose full HD 1080p projectors as their office projection solutions.
Office Projector Features
According to the needs of different office environments, office projectors are roughly divided into three categories.
One is a conventional projector that is placed or hoisted in the conference room, the second is a Portable Projector that can be carried around, and the third is an ultra-short-throw projector that is convenient for work reports and speeches.
Wireless Office Projector
With the advent of the Internet era, the emergence of a series of wireless office series has added new members to the office projectors. The wireless office projector is realized by the built-in wireless module of the ordinary office projector. Wireless office makes people do not need to switch signal lines frequently in office meetings, allowing people to have a better experience in meetings!
