I do not know what type of business lamps

On December 9th, the author visited a number of large-scale lighting supermarkets and home appliance markets in the Southeast Third Ring Road. In a visit to 20 lamps and luminaries, the reporter found that most of the salespersons of the merchants were stunned when they were asked about “Type 0 lamps”.

When 18 lighting store staff were asked "when they were 0 types of lamps," they all said it was not clear. “Are you talking about being environmentally friendly?” “The lights we sell here are all qualified!” The understanding of “Type 0 lamps” is also strange.

Among the interviewed stores, only one of the two stores had an electrician and one owner who had been an “electrician quality inspector” knew the “type 0 luminaire”. Can also analyze the "0 types of lamps" security risks.

At the same time, the author noticed that most of the lighting fixtures in the various lighting stores visited were made of “easily conductive” metal components, and many metal fixtures were equipped with two-way sockets. According to the national mandatory standards for the definition of "type 0 luminaires", these luminaires belong to "type 0 luminaires" with no additional insulation.

Miss Liu of Kechuang Lighting Co., Ltd. told the author that sales staff are generally not very sensitive to the standards of the lamps and lanterns, because they are usually only responsible for sales, and the design process of lamps and lanterns is the most concern for consumers.

Poor consumer awareness

When asked if he would care about the safety of the lamps when he purchased the lamps, Mr. Ma did not hesitate to answer: "Of course, I care!" He also said that he usually only sees quality certificates like "certificate of conformity." "I understand that as long as the product is qualified, there should be no problem as long as there is a certificate."
