Design of Hydraulic System of Burn-free Fly Ash Brick Making Machine

1. The structure of the unburned fly ash brick making machine The main structure of the unburned fly ash brick making machine consists of the following components:
(1) The main frame of the rack is used to support the components of the equipment and to withstand the pressing force when the bricks are molded;
(2) The indenter is mainly used for forming and pressurizing the equipment, and it is also used for demoulding in the middle of work;
(3) The lifting table is mainly used for mopping bricks and vibrations. When it rises, it is used for the formation of bricks; when it goes down, it is used to pull out the forming bricks;
(4) The supply-pulling mechanism is mainly used for the transfer of pallets, divided into two parts, the front supply board and the side supply board. This part is also equipped with a scraper and a coating mechanism;
(5) The fabric mechanism is mainly used to send the material in the silo into the forming mold;
(6) Silo is mainly used to store materials;
(7) The brick delivery rack is mainly used to send out the forming bricks on the workbench;
(8) The control cabinet is mainly used to install the control system of the equipment.
2. The working process of the burn-free fly ash brick making machine will send the pallet to the workbench on the lower part of the mould box. The work will rise up to the bottom of the mould box. The cloth box will send the mixed material into the mould box through reciprocating motion. The vibration of the mold box and the pressure of the upper head press down, and the material in the mold box is compacted and formed while vibrating, and then the work table drives the pallet to deteriorate. 3.
