1 Scope of application
This regulation specifies the relevant provisions for the safe operation of electrical equipment.
This procedure applies to the company's electrical equipment operations.
2 main content
2.1 Electrical equipment must be repaired by a dedicated electrician or under the guidance of a dedicated electrician.
2.2 Any electrical equipment is considered to have electricity before it is found to be unpowered.
2.3 The power supply part of the electrical equipment must be equipped with a sub-switch, one gate and one for use, it is forbidden to use one gate, and the switch box should be locked and fixed in a safe place. The key is kept by a special person. The height of the lower end of the switch box shall not be less than 1.3 meters from the ground, and an electric shock protector shall be arranged in the distribution box.
2.4 The power supply voltage must be the same as the rated voltage of the electrical equipment (three-phase voltage fluctuation should be within ±5%). The capacity of the power supply transformer must meet the requirements of the mechanical equipment, and the starting device of the motor should be equipped as required.
2.5 The thickness of the fuse should be consistent with the three-phase. The rated current is not allowed to be greater than the rated current of the line. The qualified fuse and fuse should be selected according to the predetermined current. It is strictly forbidden to replace it with copper wire or wire.
2.6 If two consecutive trips or fuses are dissolved, the cause must be ascertained. If the fault is removed, the switch is closed and the power must not be forced.
2.7 Regularly check whether the insulation of electrical equipment meets the requirements, and should not be lower than 1000 ohms per volt (such as 220 volts to ground, the insulation resistance should be no less than 0.22 megohms). If it is found that the road is broken, it should be eliminated in time.
2.8 Electrical equipment should be grounded or zeroed well, and the grounding resistance should not exceed the relevant regulations. Each unit should be grounded separately. It is forbidden to use the grounding wire for the jump. Do not borrow the lightning arrester wire as the grounding wire. Do not ground and zero at the same time on the same power supply system.
2.9 Equipment with a height exceeding the surrounding buildings shall be provided with lightning protection and reliable grounding devices, and the resistance shall not exceed the relevant regulations.
2.10 Line laying shall comply with the line installation regulations and comply with the provisions of the local power supply bureau.
2.11 Insulated conductors should not be damaged. The live parts are not allowed to be exposed. It is strictly forbidden to pull the wires on the ground or scaffolding. The joints between the wires and electrical equipment should be fastened and should be checked frequently. If looseness is found, it should be handled in time. The wall must be protected by a protective tube. It is strictly forbidden to lay clothes and hang other objects on the wire.
2.12 Mobile electrical equipment should use a rubber cable (rubber cord) and be fixed and free to move as long as possible. Cables pass through the walkways, and scaffolding should have rigid protective equipment at all times. When laying the cable for trenching, it should be protected by steel pipe or steel plate on the cable.
2.13 In the low-voltage circuit below 500V, it is forbidden to cut off the bare gate with load. If necessary, add an arc-extinguishing cover or wear insulated gloves and protective glasses. The face should not be facing the knife during operation.
2.14 After the electrical equipment is started, each electrical instrument should be inspected. After the current meter pointer is stable and normal, the work can be officially started.
2.15 Electrical equipment should be stored in a dry place. All electrical equipment in the construction site should have proper rain and moisture protection facilities. When flushing the electric construction machinery with water, it is not allowed to flush the water to the electrical equipment to avoid the wires and Electrical equipment was affected by the tide.
2.16 In case of power failure during work, immediately pull off the power switch and hang the “No Closing†warning sign. If you need to repair or maintain the machine, not only the power supply is cut off, the fuse is removed, and the lock box should be locked. And hang the "mechanical repair warning card". If you need to close the switch, you must contact the maintenance personnel before you can close the power supply. It is forbidden to electrify electrical equipment or lines during operation (except for high voltage live working).
2.17 After the work is completed, the power should be cut off in time, and the knife box should be locked before leaving the scene.
2.18 Hand-held running lights should use a safe voltage of 36 volts or less. In particularly humid places, such as pipes, wells, boilers and metal containers, 12 volts should be used. The light transformer should be double coil type, outer casing and secondary payment. The poles should be grounded.
2.19 In case of electric leakage or fire, the power should be cut off first, and the carbon chloride and dry powder should be used to extinguish the fire. It is strictly forbidden to pour water or other fire extinguishers.
2.20 In the event of personal electric shock, the power should be cut off first, and then rescued by artificial respiration. Do not touch the electric shock before the power is cut off to avoid another electric shock.
