MEGATRO provide every type of 80FT distribution pole, mainly for city power grid and power distribution network. These pole belong to tubular pole, which shall be made of welded tubes, swaged and joined together. It is uniformly tapered in circular in cross-sections. The sections of the steel poles shall be designed such that the butt end of the top section fits on the top end of the second section, the butt end of the second sections fits on the top end of the third sections and so on. The varisou sections shall be fitted together by pressed frication joints. Most of power voltage as 35KV, 66KV, 69KV, 110KV, 115KV, 132KV, 220KV, after fabrication all distribution poles are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Distribution poles are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers. MEGATRO's distribution poles can accommodate a variety of cross-arm.Our 80FT distribution pole can be divided nine types again, and mail specification as follows:
