Abstract: The traditional remote monitoring system generally adopts the C/S model, which is costly for large equipment. This paper adopts the scheme of SOC chip C8051F020 and 10M adaptive network chip RTL8019AS interface, embeds a streamlined TCP/IP protocol stack in the MCU, and builds a Web-based single-chip remote monitoring system software and hardware platform. Based on this, the implementation is based on The data acquisition and remote monitoring of the single chip microcomputer have the advantages of low cost, convenient operation and reliability.
1 Introduction
With its simple and efficient features, single-chip microcomputer systems are used more and more widely in industrial control and daily life. At present, most single-chip microcomputer systems are based on 51 single-chip microcomputers, and cooperate with detection, servo and display devices to realize monitoring functions.
However, the data transmission of these monitoring systems mostly uses RS-232, RS-485 and various fieldbuses. Some of these methods are not fast enough, some are not far enough, and it is difficult to interconnect and interoperate between various buses. As the most widely used local area network, Ethernet has been used more and more in the field of industrial automation and process control. At the same time, with the popularity of the Internet and the advancement of modern communication technologies, distributed monitoring technologies based on TCP/IP and Client/Server architectures are becoming more mature. By connecting the embedded system to the Internet, information can be easily and inexpensively delivered to anywhere in the world.

Traditional remote monitoring systems generally use the C/S model to monitor large devices. The monitoring of small devices such as camera image monitoring, home instrumentation, and access control systems requires a low-cost solution.
In view of this, porting a streamlined TCP/IP protocol cluster on a low-cost microcontroller system is the best choice for remote monitoring of small devices. The system is implemented in the form of a web, and the user can remotely monitor and control on any PC with a browser, which has the advantages of low price, convenient operation and friendly interface. The traditional remote monitoring system model and the model used in this system are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

Second, wireless remote monitoring based on GSM module TC35T
The GSM system is a mature, complete and widely used system in the mobile communication system based on time division multiple access technology. The short message system of GSM has a wide range of users with its fast, convenient and cheap features, and also for remote monitoring. Provide a new technical means. The use of GSM short message (SMS) for remote monitoring has the characteristics of low investment, low cost, high reliability, etc., and has high cost performance in some cases where the real-time requirements for operation and monitoring are not high.
Wireless GSM communication module TC35T
TC35T is a GSM dedicated modem introduced by SIEMENS. It consists of GSM baseband processor, GSM RF module, power supply module, flash memory, ZIF connector and antenna interface. It can complete voice, data, short message and fax transmission. The TC35T has a standard industrial interface and a complete SIM card reader, so it is very simple to use and its structure is shown in Figure 1.
Principle and implementation of GSM remote monitoring
The GSM remote monitoring system consists of two parts: the control end and the controlled end. As shown in Figure 2, the control end can be a mobile phone or a TC35T module and a PC.
