It is reported that the "Plan" has been agreed by the municipal government and will be implemented this month. The implementation of the "plan", the pure residential community banned LED screen, noise, light pollution and other criticized LED screen interference phenomenon is expected to be resolved. However, due to the high cost of LED screens, the existing advertising screens will not be removed across the board.

Among them, Futian outdoor LED advertising screens have the largest number, about 31; Nanshan and Luohu each 20. There are more LED screens in Futian District, such as Greater China Exchange Square, SEG Plaza Building and Hongling Building. There are different levels of light pollution in the advertising screen, and the public has the strongest reaction to the LED screen pollution of the Nanshan Changxing Square podium.

The disturbing advertising screen will be darkened and shrinking
It is reported that the "Planning" is mainly for LED screens with an area of ​​more than 10 square meters. It not only defines the setting plan and technical standards of outdoor LED advertising screens, but also defines in detail the brightness, screen switching frequency, installation location and quantity. The disturbing display will be rectified by reducing the brightness, reducing the strobe, and shortening the opening time.

For the first time in the "Planning", the concept of three-level setting is proposed, that is, the setting area, the control setting area and the moderate setting area are prohibited. Pure residential quarters, municipal ecological parks, ecological green spaces, protective green spaces, government agencies, military agencies, historical and cultural protection units, etc., will be listed as outdoor LED display forbidden areas.

The urban management department also plans to build a layout structure of “two-axis, seven-point, nine-piece” LED outdoor advertising display in Shenzhen. According to the plan, there will be outdoor LED screens on Shennan Avenue and Binhe Avenue, 7 window areas such as Luohu Port, Huanggang Port, Shenzhen Bay Port, Shekou Port, Shenzhen Railway Station, Shenzhen West Railway Station and Shenzhen Stadium, as well as Shenzhen Central District. The nine commercial districts such as Huaqiang North Area, Luohu Commercial Center Area, Qianhai-Nanshan Center Area, Nanshan Commercial Culture Center, Overseas Chinese Town Area, Xiangmihu-Chegongmiao Area, Shenzhen North Station Area and Yantian Central District will appear. Existing advertising screens will not be removed across the board
Due to the high cost of advertising screens, the urban management department will not take a one-size-fits-all approach to dismantle existing LED advertising screens. For the LED screen that has been completed and has not reached the approval period, the status quo can be maintained within the validity period. After the expiration date, it should be rectified according to the relevant provisions of the “Planning”; for the new LE D screen, it should be constructed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Planning”.
