Dumbbell sampler
ZSY-28 type
one,
Dumbbell sampler
Scope of application
It is used to prepare non-metallic materials for dumbbell type specimens in tensile test. It has high sample preparation efficiency, and the prepared sample is accurate in size and equipped with cutting debris absorption device. It can meet the I, II and III dumbbell type specimens specified in GB/T1040 "Plastic tensile performance test method", GB8802 "hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe and tube Vicat softening point temperature measurement method" Sample preparation requirements.

A sample blank is prepared, the dimensions of which are:
Type I sample: total length 150±1.0, width ≥22
Type II sample: total length 115±1.0, width ≥27
(user-owned)
Vicat sample: total length ≤ 50 ± 1.0, width 10 + 0.5

Loading of sample blanks
Type I, II and long strip blanks are directly clamped into the corresponding fixtures. The clamping force should not be too large to avoid specific deformation of the clip. As long as the specimen blank can be clamped, the other surfaces should be as symmetrical as possible. Make the processing amount uniform.
The Vicat sample blank is loaded as follows:
When the wall thickness of the pipe is >6mm, ≤8mm, clamp the clamping position as shown in Figure 1.
When the wall thickness of the pipe is >8mm, clamp the clamping position as shown in Figure 2. At this time, the amount of the protruding clamp of the sample should be less than 5mm. After the card is finished, loosen the clamp and push the sample in the direction of the arrow. <5mm section, continue to process after clamping, until the wall thickness <8mm, then clamp the clamping position shown in Figure 1 and perform the last processing.
The sample wall thickness obtained by the above method is 4 mm.
3. Processing of samples
3.1 Turn on the power and turn the power switch to turn the tool shaft. When viewed from the top, the tool axis should rotate counterclockwise. Also observe that the tool is installed correctly, that is, the direction of the blade should be consistent with the direction of rotation.
3.2I, II type specimen processing is to close the clamp of the sample blank to the tool direction, and process it by manual feeding method, and pay attention to the clamp to be close to the outer circumference of the positioning bearing above and below the tool. After one side of the process, the jig is rotated 180° and the other side is machined to complete the processing.
The processing of 3.3 Vicat specimens is similar to the above, except that the fixture does not need to be rotated 180° during processing, and can be completed only on one side.
3.4 For the processing of long strip samples, first loosen the fastening screws, move the position of the positioning plate left and right, and adjust the size L value according to the width of the sample to be processed.
L = 1/2 sample width + 9
After the dimension L is adjusted, the positioning plate is fastened and can be processed. During the processing, the fixture should be closely attached to the positioning plate and fed into the fixture for processing. After processing, the fixture can be rotated 180° and then the other surface can be completed. Preparation work. For short specimens, in order to avoid deformation of the fixture, multiple specimens may be simultaneously processed or a sheet of the same thickness may be clamped together with the specimen in the space after clamping.
