Calculation

1. The fine aggregate methylene blue value MBV is calculated according to the formula (T0349-2) to the nearest 0.1.

MBV= (T0349-2)

Where: MBV - methylene blue value (g / kg), represents the number of methylene blue consumed per kilogram of 0 ~ 2.36mm sample size;

M——sample quality (g);

V - the total amount (mL) of the methylene blue solution added.

Note: The factor 10 in the formula is used to convert the volume of methylene blue solution consumed per kilogram of sample to the methylene blue mass.

2, methylene blue rapid test results evaluation

If there is a clear color halo around the precipitate, it is judged that the methylene blue rapid test is acceptable, and if there is no obvious color halo around the precipitate, it is judged that the methylene blue rapid test is unqualified.

3. The methylene blue value MBVF of less than 0.15mm part or mineral powder is calculated according to formula (T0349-3), accurate to 0.1.
