Cavitation noise monitoring system

The frequency of the cavitation noise of the system is high (greater than 100K). The bandwidth of the probe and conditioner when the system is set up is not less than 200K, and the maximum sampling rate of data acquisition is 1Msamples per second. Each channel is collected independently in parallel.
NoiseA1.0 cavitation noise monitoring software software interface function is simple, to achieve hardware acquisition and control, data storage, data playback. The data format is open to users and supports the calling of EXCEL, Matlab, and Word data formats.

Follow the collection-processing-re-acquisition work pattern to continuously monitor and record the entire cavitation process.
1. Monitor Mode Steady Mode: Displays the noise time domain plot of the current channel and the average of the FFT of the frequency domain spectrum of the multiframe data.
Dynamic mode: Displays the noise time domain map of the current channel when the FFT value of the sub-frame data.
2. Acquisition parameters Set sampling rate settings: More than one file can be selected from 1K to 1M.
Calibration: Input the calibration coefficient K, B and unit of each channel, and directly obtain the time domain waveform of pressure P-t.
Sensitivity input: Direct display of sound pressure level.
3. Display monitoring process arbitrarily select 2 channel data real-time time domain, spectrum display.
The displayed channel number switches without interrupting the monitoring.
Multiple curves are displayed at the same coordinates.
4. Handle FFT processing: "Linear" and "Logarithm". There are 8 units such as Vrms and Vpk.
Window function: The window function added in real time during FFT operation. There are Hanning window, BlackMan window and other 8 window functions.
5. Data Storage and Data Playback Auto Save: Set the save path, the system will automatically save the data of each channel as a binary file with the suffix .TST.
Select Save: Manually start/stop the storage of data in the monitoring process Format: Text Format, Binary Two Save Formats Data Playback: Supports both text format and binary save format file playback Text files can be called directly in word/excel.
The file format is open to support users' secondary development.
