From July 8, 2009 to July 21, 2009, the bidding documents will be downloaded free of charge from the China Procurement Network Direct Purchase Channel (zzcg.ccgp.gov.cn). Bidders who have not registered and downloaded the bidding documents through the Zhongzhi Procurement Channel will submit the bid documents as invalid bids.
4. Deadline for bid submission and bid opening time: 12:00 on July 28, 2009 (Beijing time)
