Kunshan Nanxingyi Community Commercial Service Center is located in Kunshan High-tech Zone, west of Shanyu Road, north of Meifeng Road, covering an area of ​​11,933 m2, with a total construction area of ​​29,681 m2.
This project is a remote prepaid power management system for the Nanxun Community Business Service Center in Kunshan. According to the requirements of prepaid electricity sales, it is necessary to carry out prepaid power management for the distribution circuit in the distribution box of all floors in the Nanxingyi Community Commercial Service Center in Kunshan, in order to ensure that electricity is charged first and then water is infused to each user. 1 system structure description
The monitoring system mainly implements the charge management and energy efficiency assessment of the 0.4kV power distribution system on the floor of the Nanxingyu Community Commercial Service Center in Kunshan. It also counts and pays for water consumption. The monitoring scope is 50 DTSY1352-NKC on the floor, divided into 7 sections. Bus, 55 remote water meters, divided into 6 buses, on-site water meters and electricity meters are communicated through the shielded twisted pair and the communication management machine set in the background. The data is processed by the communication management machine and transferred to the background of the prepaid system. Finally, The data connection between the instrument on the bus and the monitoring host is realized, and the system functions of energy efficiency management and charge management are completed.
The monitoring system adopts a layered distributed structure, that is, a station control layer, a communication layer and a space layer;

The interval device layer is mainly: multi-function network power meter and pre-paid multi-function meter. These devices are respectively installed in the electrical cabinet corresponding to the corresponding primary equipment. These devices all adopt RS485 communication interface, and realize on-site data collection through the on-site MODBUS bus networking communication.
The network communication layer is mainly: communication server, its main function is to collect the scattered devices in the field, and remotely transmit to the station control layer to complete the data interaction between the field layer and the station control layer.
Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial computers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the computer to collect and display the running status of the field device and display it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.
The above network instruments adopt RS485 interface and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, RS485 adopts shielded line transmission, generally adopts two connections, the wiring is simple and convenient; the communication interface is half-duplex communication, that is, both sides of the communication can receive and send data but Only data can be sent or received at the same time, and the maximum data transmission rate is 10Mbps.
The RS485 interface is a combination of balanced driver and differential receiver. It has enhanced noise immunity and allows up to 32 devices to be connected on the bus with a maximum transmission distance of 1.2km.
2 remote prepaid power management main functions
The entire system software design is divided into three large blocks, namely centralized meter reading service system, remote prepaid power management system, and user query system.
The centralized meter reading service program runs all the year round, and remote meter reading is performed continuously for all the tables. The remote prepaid system includes all account opening, power selling, remote control and reporting functions; the user query machine system is used for shops to inquire personal information, recharge and electricity. In addition, you can also configure the mobile phone to query the website, which can be used for real-time inquiry of personal information, recharge, remote control and daily power consumption on the mobile phone website terminal. 3 case analysis
The remote prepaid power management system of Kunshan Nathan City is divided into two parts: substation and floor distribution box for monitoring and charging. 4 Conclusion

The different nature of electricity can be selectively limited when the power supply is tight or in response to the government's call for “energy saving and emission reductionâ€.
