Warning: Personal injury and property damage caused by accidents in the use of electric chain saws, the operator and the user must bear responsibility.

General requirements

1 Electric chain saw should meet the requirements of GB 3883.1 and GB 3883.14.

2 The operator must be familiar with the performance and operation of the electric chain saw and can operate and maintain it correctly according to the instruction manual.

3 Operators must be trained and hold the operation permit. The following personnel are not allowed to operate the electric chain saw:

a) minors and the elderly;

b) a person who is weak and sick;

c) People who drink after drinking and taking narcotic drugs.

The electric chain saw is not allowed to operate in the following cases:

a) when someone is close;

b) before the construction auxiliary personnel are evacuated to the safe area;

c) the original strip in the work area is not stable;

d) insufficient light;

e) in the rainy days, the wind is greater than 5 and there is an open space when there is lightning;

f) There is no broken chain protection device and rebound protection device, or when the device is damaged.

1 Safety shoes must be worn during work.

2 Do not wear fat, open clothes and shorts during work. Do not wear accessories such as ties, bracelets, and anklets.

3 Carefully check the wear level of the saw chain, the guide plate, the sprocket and other components and the tension of the saw chain, and make necessary adjustments and replacements.

4 Check if the electric chain saw switch is intact, whether the power connector is securely connected, and whether the cable insulation is worn.

5 Thoroughly inspect the work site and remove stones, metal objects, branches and other discards.

6 Choose a safe evacuation channel and a safe area before starting work.

operating

1 When the original strip to be processed is within 1.5m of the conveyor, the operation is not allowed.

2 The electric chain saw switch must be turned off before the power is turned on to prevent accidental starting.

3 Start the electric chain saw and idle for 1 min before making the material, and check whether the operation is normal.

4 When starting or operating, the hands and feet should not be close to the rotating parts, especially the upper and lower parts of the chain.

5 When the fuse is blown or the relay trips, it should be checked immediately.

6 Do not allow the line to work overloaded, and do not allow access to high-capacity fuses.

7 The electric chain saw must be operated with both hands.

8 Be sure to stand firm when working, and do not stand on the original strip or logs and the original strips or logs that may roll.

9 When troubleshooting the clip saw, special attention should be paid to the safety of the assistant.

10 The sawing mechanism should be lubricated and cooled at all times during operation.

11 When the original strip is about to be sawn, pay attention to the movement of the wood, and quickly lift the electric chain saw after sawing.

12 The electric chain saw switch must be turned off before the transfer operation, and it is not allowed to run during the transfer.

13 The power should be cut off immediately in the following cases:

a) After the saw chain touches other objects, it is necessary to check the damage before restarting;

b) abnormal sound or vibration during operation, when it is necessary to check and eliminate the fault;

c) when the operator leaves the electric chain saw;

d) when the original strip or log is found to move nearby;

e) when making a jig saw;

f) when a leak is found;

Fourth, at the end of the operation

After each day of operation, tighten all nuts, bolts, and screws to check the degree of wear on the chain, guides, and sprocket, and make necessary adjustments and replacements.

Check the power plug and the insulation of the cable and find that the damage should be replaced or repaired in time.

Before the long-term storage, the residual wood chips and dirt should be cleaned, the saw chain and the guide plate should be removed and the anti-rust oil should be applied. The motor should be protected from dust.

It should be stored in a dry environment.

Maintenance of electric chain saw

Don't be too tight between the chain and the guide. When the electric chain saw works, the oil is lasted for 10 minutes, not only the guide but also the chain. At the same time, the variable box of the electric chain saw also needs yellow glycerin for the last year. The motor should change the carbon brush frequently and change it about half a year.

Safe operation
