Hengyang Xingtai Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. was entrusted by Hengyang City Street Lamp Management Office to organize domestic public bidding for its Hengyang Avenue lighting project street lamp government procurement project. 3. Content of the bidding: The contents of this purchase are as follows: (See Chapter 4 of this document for details)
3.1: Eight fires in the pole light 8 base (16 meters high),
3.2: single pole single arm two fire 15 base (height 12M),
3.3: single pole single arm fire 15 base (high 10M);
3.4: Single-armed arms and three fires 460 bases (height: 14M).
Note: The above street lamps all contain lamps and wires. The supplier of this project only provides the products and materials to be invested, and is responsible for delivery to the construction site of Hengyang City for unloading, no need to install.
4. Bidder's qualification requirements:
Bidders shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the State and shall have the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and the provisions of this document:
4.1 Independent legal person registered in China, the registered capital of the enterprise is more than 5 million yuan (5 million yuan);
4.2 The manufacturer of the product to be invested shall be required, and the enterprise shall have the corresponding production and operation scope of the products to be invested;
4.3 Ability to independently assume civil liability;
4.4 Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
4.5 have the necessary facilities and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the agreement;
4.6 Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
4.7 Within three years prior to participating in this procurement activity, there were no major illegal records (including major liability accidents) in the business activities;
4.8 The products submitted must pass the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification and the national mandatory 3C certification;
4.9 The products are in compliance with the corresponding technical standards, environmental protection standards and safety standards stipulated by the state;
4.10 Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
5. The registration time and the sale of the bidding documents:
(1) Registration and release time: from now until August 11, 2009, working hours (Beijing time 8:00~12:00, 3:00~6:00 pm)
(2) Registration and Offer Address: Hengyang Xingtai Tendering Agency Co., Ltd. (No. 14-17, Jianxing Family Building, Ziyun Street, Huaxin Development Zone, Hengyang City (opposite to the west gate of the municipal government))
(3) Offer price: 400 yuan / share (RMB), the tender will not be refunded after the sale (mail purchase plus EMS fee 50 yuan / share).
(4) The purchaser of the tender must hold the business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, social security registration certificate, legal representative's authorization letter and the manager's ID card (original) and photocopy.
Note: The original (copy) of the above documents must be presented for review when purchasing the tender. The photocopy must be stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit to retain the procurement agency. The qualification documents can be purchased before the bidding documents can be purchased. The original of the above documents shall be submitted to the purchasing unit for verification and verification before signing the notice of winning the bid. The bidder shall be responsible for all consequences arising from the authenticity of the information provided by the bidder.
