The trolley consists of a main control panel, a power supply system and a body. The main control system consists of the main control CPU circuit and DC motor drive circuit. The DC motor drive adopts PWM modulation technology, which can flexibly and conveniently control the vehicle speed and travel direction.

Design Notes

After repeated argumentation, we finally determined the following options:

1. The car body is a special electric car. 2. Using STC15 microcontroller as the control core. 3. Powered by a 12V lithium battery. 4. Use the Bluetooth module as the Bluetooth slave on the lower computer.

Circuit principle: This system uses the single-chip STC89C51 single-chip microcomputer as the main control module of the system. We use the android mobile phone to control the Bluetooth slave on the vehicle. The signal recognized by the sensor is analyzed and judged by the single-chip microcomputer, and the control of the DC motor is controlled. To achieve direction change. The schematic diagram of the car is shown in the figure below. The motor controls the direction and speed of rotation through the L293F chip. Among them, SPEED1 and SPEED2 control the speed of two motors through PWM regulation, IN1 and IN2 control the direction of rotation of the left motor, and IN3 and IN4 control the direction of rotation of the right motor. By controlling these six ports, the trolley can travel according to a predetermined trajectory.
