Littelfuse Introduces New Dual-Channel, General Purpose TVS Diode Array Family

On February 13, 2014, Littelfuse , a global leader in circuit protection, announced the introduction of its new dual-channel, general-purpose TVS diode array (SPA ? Diode) family that protects sensitive devices from electrostatic discharge ( ESD ), Electrical Fast Transient (EFT) and lightning induced surges are optimized for damage. The SM Series of TVS Diode Arrays offer five voltage options: 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V. All voltage options have very low dynamic resistance, which provides clamping performance superior to similar components. This ensures optimal performance and thus protects modern sensitive electronic devices. The SM Series of TVS Diodes can absorb the highest levels of repetitive ESD strikes in the international standard without compromising performance and safely dissipate up to 24A of inductive surge current. The product provides strong protection against electrical threats for data communication ports such as RS 232, RS-485, RS-422, and RS-423. These ports are commonly used in automation equipment, diagnostic equipment, safety and alarm systems, printers, and test equipment. and many more.

If a Mini Vibration Motor is used outside the prescribed temperature range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.Depending on the temperature conditions ,it may be possible to deal with them by changing the grease of the motor's parts.Please feel free to consult with us about this.


Storage temperature range:

Mini Vibration Motor should be stored ta a temperature of -15~65℃.

In case of storage outside this range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.
