The 142 RHS Series offers 15 form factors from 5mm x 11mm to 18mm x 40mm. The maximum temperature rating of 105°C allows the device to operate at higher temperatures or have a longer device life than the standard 85°C series. Other features include a rated ripple current of up to 3100A at 105°C and a capacitance of 1μF to 22,000μF over a voltage range of 10V to 450V.
