Project establishment: On the basis of the customer's streetlight renovation plan and the data of third-party professional organizations, the feasibility analysis of the LED streetlight renovation project is carried out. The feasibility analysis includes technological advancement, reasonable lighting of streetlights, and project investment plan. The source of funds, the operation mechanism of the project, and the evaluation of the social and economic benefits of the project; after the two sides of the feasibility report are approved, the project is formally established, and the company further plans and designs the streetlight renovation project.
3.
