The first step: take off the outside.
The clothes you just put on will be taken off. That's right. It is also divided into several layers. The first floor is the outer black cover.

Part II: Laser Aluminum Foil
The stripped wire reveals aluminum foil. Within the foil is 5 strands. Each strand is covered with a layer of foil. Step 4: Solder Assembly Connector
After arranging the wires, attach the connector and then solder the wire to fix it. The connector is bought by other companies, and the difference is larger. Some are gold-plated heads, and some are general ones. Gold-plated looks bright color, oxidation resistance, long service life, of course, the cost is greater.
The difference in color can be seen in the screenshot on the shopping website. HDMI head, contact points are golden, some are really gold-plated, a little bit of electroplating yellow. Non-true gold plated plugs have very low resistance to plugging in. For a long time, the oxidation will cause the signal to disappear or the screen will disappear.

Step 5: Product Inspection Packaging
A total of 3 tests will be performed to check the voltage resistance. HDMI is called hot plugging, but try not to plug and unplug the HDMI cable when it is powered on. Plugging and unplugging is the impact on your TV or player's HDMI module.
The worker inserts both ends of the line into the two ports of the detector. If the PASS is displayed on the detector, it is acceptable.
